Easy egg roast

Egg - 2
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Ginger/ Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Salt

Preparation:

1. Boil egg and keep it aside.
2. Slice the onion  and tomato thinly .
3. Saute the onion in a pan , followed by tomatoes. Saute it again.
4. Add the masalas/powders and a little water. Boil it in a low flame.
5. Cut the boiled eggs in halves and add it to the curry .
