- Minced beef : 500g
- Onion : 1
- Egg :1
- Breadcrumbs: 2tbsp
- Salt & pepper: as needed
- Garam masala : 2tsp (optional)
- Coriander leaves : few ( optional)
- Chop the onion into small pieces. Saute a little in a little oil.

- Mix all the ingredients well with hand or a spoon.

- Make small balls of it.
- Fry each side of these balls in a pan, approximately 7 - 10 min

- Enjoy when it is cooled down..or make it a tomato- meatball sauce for pasta
