Ingredients
- Beans - 500g
- Shallots/ small onion - few / 1
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Red chilly powder - 1tsp
- Coriander powder - 1tsp
- Salt
- Oil - 2tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/2tsp
Method
- Take oil in a pan and splutter the mustards.
- Add beans and rest of the ingredients and mix together.
- Close the pan and cook these in a medium heat until it is done.
