Ingredients
- Banana - 3
- Sugar - 3/4 cup
- Curd - 1/4 cup
- Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
- Olive oil - 1/2 cup
- All-purpose flour - 2 cup
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
- Cinnamon powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - a pinch
Method
- Preheat the oven at 180° C .
- Smash the bananas with a spoon or fork.
- Sift the dry ingredients (Flour, Baking powder, Baking soda, Cinnamon powder) together.
- Mix the smashed bananas ,sugar in a food processor.
- Add slowly the curd, vanilla essence, olive oil and salt and mix.
- Slowly add in the dry ingredients mixture.
- Pour the batter into a 24cm /9 inch cake pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- Let it cool before removing from the pan.
- Enjoy it with a cup of coffee or Tea.
