Ingredients
- Coconut raspel - 2 1/2 cups
- Shallots - 6 Nos
- Ginger - 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds - 1 Tbsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 Tbsp
- Dried red chilly - 20 OR Red chilly powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Peppercorns -1/4tsp
- Tamarind - small lemon size
- curry leaves - a handful
- salt - according to taste
- Roast everything EXCEPT tamarind and salt in a pan.
- After cooling down, grind the roasted mixture with tamarind and salt together in a mixie.
- Store in airtight bottles or containers.
- Enjoy it with rice.
