Anti inflammatory smoothie



Mixed berries - Banana smoothie

Ingredients

  1. A handfull strawberries (frozen / fresh)
  2. A handfull blueberries  (frozen /fresh)
  3. Flaxseeds 1tsp
  4. Orange juice or water as neede
Method
  1. Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
