Fried Idli
- Use the refrigerated /a day old idli for this recipe.
- Cut these idlies into wedges.
- Heat the oil in a pan for frying. Add idli pieces into hot oil. After some time, keep moving and turning for even browning.
- Once done remove and drain the excess oil. Keep them on paper towel lined plate.
- While it is still hot or warm, sprinkle chaat masala on top.

- Sprinkle and cover these wedges with a little bit of red chilly powder & pepper powder and a pinch of salt.
